Sergio is one of the most knowledgeable persons in regards to programming (IT related) support programs which helped the plants a lot to improve their internal processes. Beside this, he is willing to learn new things and combines his IT related skillset with the business process needs. Sergio has deep technical knowledge. When there is issue, he does not stop unless finding a solution. He is IT expert. He always supports the team (e.g. In Q1 2023 he created web page to search Aptiv Part Number by Customer Part Number). He has well developed soft-skills to avoid conflicts and find compromise solutions (e.g. he can convince other colleagues to participate in API or find compromise solution to avoid conflict).
Very good Effort during Skopje project, specially configuring guns to be used on both MTS and WM, also started building the warehouse visual board. He was always available to help the team to deliver the results given the amount of activity in which he is involved develop a project management soft skill knowledge it will certainly be useful to him.
Sergio has been able to support Reynosa operations on many factors and also with many situation challenge in the plant. API 2023 preparation and support was given and performed by him and also this has been improved from 2022 API performance. A great person to be developed considering Sergio's expertise and experience he needs to grow and also start working on a person that can support and learn from Sergio at plant level.
Sergio provides great support to the Matamoros site, but we need to understand his work load and main activities, he has a lot to handle or manage. Beside his new role as part of the BPO team He supports DMTS/MTS systems for inventory traceability. He created the Cash Register System to transfer the inventory (SMT Reels) from Supermarket to Production lines and vice versa; these system require time to manage but above all they required improvements that can not be made because these systems are old and we depend in somebody else who created in the past.
